Who We Are

We're Permitium. We’re operators and business-builders just like you. We work alongside government agencies to improve systems and have emerged with fresh insight. We stand for:

Calculated Leaps

Because meaningful change doesn't happen by maintaining the status quo.

Shared Mission

We align our goals with yours and those of the government agencies you serve. No corporate doublespeak.

Respecting Your Expertise

You've built something remarkable. We recognize and value that.

WHAT WE'RE AFTER

We're seeking GovTech companies that are tackling the real pain points in government processes. The ones:

• Cutting the Red Tape

Turning multi-page forms into a few simple clicks.

• Reaching Everyone

Making services work for grandma and tech gurus alike.

• Speeding Things Up

Because no one likes waiting in line – virtual or otherwise.

• Shining a Light

Helping citizens understand what’s happening behind the curtain.

• Bringing Government into the Now

No more fax machines or paper, please.

Simply put: We want problem-solvers who are making government work better for all of us.

Why Permitium?

We've Navigated These Waters

We're operators first, investors second. We've built and scaled software and services businesses before. Through our years of leading Permitium, we’ve come to understand the unique challenges and opportunities in the GovTech space.

Deals Tailored to Your Reality

One-size-fits-all doesn't work for innovative companies. We'll craft a fair agreement that fits your unique situation and goals.

We Amplify, Not Overhaul

We're not here to dismantle your hard work. We're here to supercharge it. Think of us as a megaphone for your life's work.

Straight Talk, No Fluff

We say what we mean. No corporate buzzwords, no hidden agendas. Just candid conversations between pros who want to make a difference.

Our Streamlined Process

STEP 1

Initial Chat

an hour or two

You share your journey, your challenges, your aspirations. We listen. You can ask us questions about our business, our backgrounds and our process. If both sides are interested in moving forward from there, we’ll provide you with a short list (one page or less) of basic data we’d like to look at to better understand your business.

STEP 2

Deep Dive & Proposal

a week or two

We roll up our sleeves and immerse ourselves in the information you’re easily able to share. We’ll have some follow-up conversations with you to ensure that we understand what we’re seeing and aren’t making incorrect assumptions. We’ll talk with you about what you think the potential of your business looks like and how we can be better together. At the end of this stage, our goal is present you with a clear, fair offer tailored to your needs.

STEP 3

Seal the Deal

a month or two

When you know it’s right, we get it done. We’ll work together with you to finalize the details with the lawyers and the accountants. Our direction to our team will be to focus on the big picture – we have the opportunity to partner with a great business and we want to get that deal done; we’re not interested in losing time that we could be using to create value together by instead arguing over where the commas should go in some legal doc.
